If you buy a plan or a Trip Pass we keep your account (email address) and your subscription or purchase record so we can provide what you paid for. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
Messages sent through the contact-sales form are emailed to our sales team and used only to reply to you. They are not added to a database or sold.
We count anonymous page visits to see which pages help people. Session recording is off.
